Peter here, Drews biz partner. Have a quick suggestion for you as I noticed that your reply to Drew was from “admin”:

In your WP dashboard, go to Authors and Users, click on the user name “admin”, add your first and last names and then choose how to display your name from the dropdown.

The you won’t see the dreaded “by admin” on your replies!

Thanks Drew. I am a simple guy when it comes to “sites” and visuals. I am going to transition my “social” info to a new site soon. That is why I was asking about thesis. This is a pretty pluging/widget heavy site. Thanks Drew.

They aren’t helping as much as I would have liked. I still contend that housing is going to be tie to the economy at large. We need to get people making money and feeling good about spending it. There is a very tight fist on money and lots of conservative moves with housing as well.

It looks like at least some of the gov’t incentives are working to help the crippled housing market. Lets hope we start seeing more of an upward trend.

Thanks for the response. I don’t always agree with me either! At the end of the day, what a “market” is doing in the real estate world, matters most to the client and what their goals are. Some people just want a home, others want an investment. I can’t decide that for them.
